Founded in 2011 in Lille (59), ELYSIS is an engineering firm specialized in project management for the industry sectors.

Our mission is to lead our clients' engineering projects to success by providing assistance in managing and controlling the quality, costs and deadlines of their projects and programs.

We have been working for 10 years with 80 industrial sites of national and international groups based in the regions of Hauts de France, Ile de France, and Belgium, around the following sectors of activity:

- Transport industries: Automotive, Railway and Aeronautics ;

- Process industries: Chemicals, Metallurgy, and Food processing ;

- The Energy, Environment, Construction and Telecoms sectors ;

- Pharmaceutical and Health Industries ;

- Logistics and Retail ;

The CAPEX Buyer assumes the following responsibilities within his Commodity :

- Manages the purchases for his category and is back up for the other
categories ;
- In close connection with the operations (supply chain, production,
QC), lead procurement activities in order to supply all products and
goods necessary ;
- Manage internal requirements such as "Change Control", and
"Master data" ;
- Develop key supplier relationships and leads business review
meetings ;
- Coordinate and drive RFP’s / RFI’s process for local and global
- Support global procurement initiatives and lead site-level
initiatives for supplier management, supplier quality & supplier
performance improvement ;
- Invite suppliers to provide solutions and cost proposals for Catalent
business requirements, evaluate proposals, make supplier
recommendations, select suppliers, award business, and handle
contracts for key stakeholders ;
- Negotiate supply agreement, pricing on combined volumes of
purchases at various locations with industry leading suppliers to
reduce the cost of goods and overheads ;
- Provide monthly reporting ;

Profil recherché

- Master Degree in Business, Economics or any other relevant field
Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field with :

- Knowledge of purchasing good practices ;
- Good communications skills ;
- To interact with all department, on the site and with the global ;
- To interact with suppliers ;
- To convince all staffs about the value of the new model ;
- Drive, to lead successfully the steps / meetings ;
